The appointment was made last minute at one of your busiest times. We were accommodated by being able to drop off the vehicle the evening before & by 9:30 am the following morning we were able to ick up the unit & head out on an unexpected trip out west.. Well Done Thank You

Booked my appointment on that day based on the assurance I would have my car back by noon. Brought the car in at 8 am and was again assured the car would be ready by noon. When I called at 11:45 am to confirm the car would be ready, it was just going into the bay to start the work. It was not ready when I came down at 1:00 and by 1:30 I was told a part needed to be ordered and I would have to reschedule once the part was in. No one seemed to care or make any effort to explain the delay.

Buying a car from KIA was amazing! It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Alyssa my salesperson was very helpful and considerate. Kristine from financing was just as nice, and I found the little extras worth it and very reasonable. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new car, and I plan on coming back next year to upgrade!
