Ya Know WHAT ? It's agents like Glenn Batchelor that make it almost fun to get back to your KIA Store for fix-it's & maintenance. Just because of Glenn's demeanor of coolness and a hidden sense of humour AND he makes command decisions to save me MONEY - I BE BACK ! Example. 01 : I got up early one morning (and I hate mornings) for scheduled appointment and Glenn saw it wasn't in my best interests to sit & wait because his guys were overbooked from bad weather conditions - Glenn gave me a chit for free oil change. HEY there's a $67.00 freebee. Example. 02 : I don't drive much so there is perhaps half normal wear & tear on my engine and Glenn this year suggested I could postpone oil change for a couple months - again saving me Money in the long run. Example. 03 : I could NOT figure out how to secure a dashboard compartment latch that broke - a small wafer-thin piece of plastic was my dilemma. Glenn personally drove my veh into the shop and got it FIXED - at no charge to me. He simply said with a smile " It just took a bit of Epoxy" Anyway , I can go On & On about my good feelings with Performance KIA Thunder Bay (OH. not to mention being greeted with a smile at the door and being offered refreshments} Gee, this is my last testament today - I just remembered the time my veh was in Service for a few days waiting for Parts and when done I was provided with borderline after hour shuttle service. I have always had the best of service from Performance Kia. The service has been timely, courteous and respectful. The mechanics are knowledgeable and prompt. This has been the best garage I have dealt with in the last three decades.

Prompt, efficient. Team always explains what they are going to provide and re-iterate the tasks performed when they have completed the servicing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This staff as Performance Kia were extremely knowledgeable on the products and services they sell. They helped make my first car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. They offer great vehicles with great deals & warranties. I had Alyssa as my sales associate and she was wonderful: very welcoming and enthusiastic which added to the exciting experience. Really glad I went to Performance Kia for my first car.

It would appear that Wayne in particular and Performance Kia in General focus on solutions rather than problems. -Went looking for a new vehicle - had seen a similar vehicle on display at Intercity Mall - Went to GM dealer - did not offer a test drive and did not have a vehicle that appealed to us - Went to Ford dealer - nearly tripped on unique step to get into building - no one spoke or acknowledged us as we looked at vehicles on display. - went to Performance Kia and was looking at a Sorento on diplay. - Wayne approached us and said Hi, my name is Wayne, can I help you. We indicated that we had seen a Kia at the mall and liked the looks of it. He asked a few questions about all wheel drive, motor we were used to etc and said I will get you one for a test drive. He brought us the vehicle we had described. We drove for a few minutes and decided it was just right for us. We purchased the vehicle. Wayne arranged for the rest of the people at Kia to be available and to get the unit ready so that we could take it home on Saturday. We arrived at Performance Kia after lunch and were able to get the vehicle we wanted the next day. We are from out of Thunder Bay, so it would have been a trip back otherwise.

The staff are always very helpful and answer any questions! I have been dealing with this company for many years and have not experienced a bad experience as of yet... Kudos to the PARTS team at KIA!!
