She went over all of our options thoroughly right from the start. She was informative and helpful and we ended up with a car we are extremely happy with! In fact, we ended up with the car we dreamed about owning!!She has loads and loads of enthusiasm and a great people person!

Leaving my vehicle in the lot the night before a pre-arranged oil change, I was pleasantly surprised to get the early morning call from Jamie to say my car was ready to go - all because I had put ASAP on my note as something had come up. Thanks!

Rhonda was elemental in my decision to purchase my Soul. Her passion and knowledge truly completed the purchase experience. She got me so excited about the vehicle. She expressed how it could be customized just the way I wanted and it's reliability. I felt like no matter what could happen down the road on my new Soul that I was in great hands and would be taken care of.

Finishes poorly done

Kia was wonderful but should look for service that is more careful/skilled/particular to do finishes. Silicone was sloppy. Wax/finish on lots of trim. Upholstery uneven. Won't change performance of vehicle but will change my enjoyment of purchase
