Jamie Lada has always been respectful and takes an interest in what I have to say, or my concerns about my vehicle at the time. He is very professional and is a people person, and will the whole nine yards to help the customer leave feeling satified with the service they have recieved.

Because I am new to the credit world I found it impossible to receive a car loan. The staff at Kia helped me out and I was approved in less than twenty-four hours. They are friendly and enjoyable to talk too, I will be back. Thanks team Kia.

Check in and out was pretty quick this time. I had to wait a bit for the shuttle, but they brought in a second car to get everyone to work. I think in the morning you should always have 2 available to get people to work more quickly. The issues were resolved. Glen is always polite and friendly and it is nice to have everyone recognize me and be so helpful.

Well rate you for what?? no one has even contacted me back about getting a new hood for my sportage! I have called Kevin and Bob and left messages for them both - no one has contacted me back! Not great service! I will not comment on our sales representative during our experience at all during our purchasing our vehicle!!!!!!!
