The buying process was good in all respects except for the lack of inventory to view and test ride . We had to wait weeks for a car to test out . Perhaps if we saw another car with more options we may have upgraded!

My experience with Steve was nothing less than amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. My car died during my vacation visiting my "home town" of Thunder Bay, and Performance KIA in Thunder Bay was able to find me an excellent replacement in no time! I also have to thank the help provided by other team members Tony and Kristine! My family loves our new (used) Sorento, this 4 cyl. version has better gas mileage than my old Spectra, with all the added room. It was an awesome ride home to the GTA. Because of this great team and experience, our next vehicle will definitely be another KIA, and no matter where I live, the Performance KIA of Thunder Bay will always get my business! Thanks so much!

Received undercoating as required by warranty agreement and KIA gave said automobile complete cleaning inside and out ! Everything was completed by the stated time and I was I total satisfaction!

Courtesy car waited for me while I dropped off my keys at the desk and pick-up was on time, Service staff were very fast even with the computer being down.

made a couple of calls to confirm appt. and had to leave a message, no return call. Left vehicle at night to be serviced by noon, wasn't done till 1:30 (short handed) after checking work had to have it returned to the detail shop to clean up some hand marks inside and ink marks on leather. Advised that " detail work" does not include cleaning seats or carpet shampoo , only vacuum. Outside it looked great!
