Alyssa and Christine were awesome to deal with, with the purchasing of our new car. They were informative, kind and professional. Our experience in buying a new car at Performance Kia was unbelievable and will definitely recommend our friends when they are thinking of buying a new or used vehicle.

From the moment we entered the showroom we were welcomed, and given the greatest service. We were shown many models of cars by our salesman, and give so much good information on each one of them. We were given lots of time to make decisions-no sales pressure was put on us. We also were given a decent trade in value on our previous car which was not a Kia.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to drive a Kia however I was more than pleasantly surprised when I test drove the 2015 Sorrento. It was very comfortable, no blind spots and the most impressive thing was all of the options that the Sorrento had to offer. Safety features with the mirror indicators notifying you of someone in your blind spot. Heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel. The double sun roof is amazing. Even the little things like the pull up screens on the back windows so the sun doesn't bother my granddaughters. The cargo space is great and the feature that it has, to lift up in the cargo area, for even more added space is quite convenient. There is plenty of room in the back seat area as well so you are not cramped if travelling in the back. The automatic trunk open/ closure is a very convenient option as well. So far my experience with Kia has been wonderful, and I look forward to many years of Superior Customer Care from the local dealer.

I had been wanting to purchase a Soul for a year and was waiting till I had all my ducks in a row. Finally the time was right, I had done all my research and talked to others involved in the Kia family. Alyssa and Rhonda really made the experience wonderful. Alyssa's knowledge of the Soul was great as she tailored her approach to fill in the facts around what I had learned online. Rhonda in the service dept was great too in that she explained all the customizing we could to make it all mine and reiterated the awesome warranty package the Alyssa expressed. I felt taken care of and the service was personalized. I made the decision to buy on Wednesday and they had arranged for me to have the car on Thursday. This car really was my Soul Mate. Thanks for an awesome experience!

My windshield cracked when I engaged the windshield defrost. I called it in to roadside assistance and they referred me to the dealership. I called and spoke to someone in service and they booked me in when I could come to Thunder Bay. I walked in and no questions asked, the windshield replacement was there as it was ordered when I called. The service was prompt and courteous. The courtesy driver has a great personality and great customer service skills. After 2 visits for work done on my car (first oil change, and then this warranty work) I still have not received my KIA REWARDS CARD. I am hoping that these 2 services be considered when my card comes in.
