Experience seemed rushed (busy time of year, didn’t take it personally), didn’t notice the dents on the car until after everything was said and done (due to snow) but I could live with a few dents. But then I went to renew my sticker for this car being told i was already covered until next year but since there was such a rush the dealership forgot to put it on my plate or even give it to me. Just overall not a great experience.

I was very dissatisfied with the service recieved. As much as our sales associate Josh goes out of his way for us, we have continually gone to Palladino for our car purchases and service, however, my next purchase won't be here. I have complained about my window being frozen down, which was fixed today, but not my tires. I've complained about a wobble in my rear tires to be told it was a build up of snow and low tread. I had my vehicle serviced by them 4 months ago and my tread was fine. Today my tread is at 2/4 32nd and this is apparently from wear and tear. Within 4 months so much tread gone without an explanation. As I purchased this car a year ago, I didn't think I'd have to be replacing my tires so soon. I was dissatisfied with their explanation of it being from regular wear and tear, to have spun out several times to it being unsafe . They said they could look at it after it had been there all morning for this reason.Thanks Palladino.

This was my first and last time going to Palladino Honda. After dropping my car off there to be inspected for safety I was called back in a very reasonable time to come pick up my car. As I arrived at the dealership I went to speak with the service manager as I had some concerns. My first concern was due to the fact that I had told the staff that my car currently had on summer tires and was not safe to drive, yet I was informed the car was in fact taken for a drive to be inspected. I felt this was a little odd as none of my previous cars had been taken out to perform a safety inspection. Regardless of the difference in policy I was not comfortable with my car being taken out on the road nor was I informed that it would be. If I had know I would not have booked the service as it is not safe to drive in winter with summer tires. The manager then began to argue with me and explicitly said that people in the area drive with summer tires on all the time and therefore it was safe to do so in this circumstance as well. I also question the capabilities of some of their mechanics as they told me they were not sure if the clutch was still in good shape as they had no other manual model to compare to and could not make a proper assessment. All in all I was displeased with the way I was treated while picking up my car. The service manager after explaining the policy felt the need to emphasize that my concerns apparently were not valid. After the service manager walked away I asked one of the staff to remove me from their system and then asked for clarification on one of the issues that was reported by the mechanic. The service manager walked back in and interrupted our conversation and told me I was no longer allowed to speak with her staff and if I wanted to continue I would have to speak with her in her office. Needless to say I will not be returning to Palladino Honda to have my Acura serviced. It also has me skeptical of bringing any of my other cars to any other Palladino dealership branches in the future.

I apologize that you were dissatisfied with your recent experience. I would like to clarify that in Section 11 of the Passenger/light-duty Vehicle Inspection Standard, during a mechanical safety inspection a vehicle must be driven at a speed in excess of 40 km/h.
