Dealt with Andrew in parts and he was very professional and provided top shelf service. Parts arrived at the discussed time and were well organized for pick up. He is now my go to guy! Great work Andrew, not every place has this kind of service nowadays!

This is my second new vehicle that I’ve purchased from Matt B. Considering how much the market has changed it required some patience for our Odyssey to arrive. The buying experience was still second to none. We love our 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring. Thank you!

Palladino Honda has the most incredibly customer service business we have ever dealt with. They did their absolute best to appease as at every turn. Josh Law took us on a Facetime tour of the vehicle that we were looking at, any issues that arose he took care of them even on his day off. It was the first time we actually felt valued as a customer. The paperwork side of it was the easiest I have ever had! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. And this will be the only place that we shop for cars from now on. Thank you guys for all your help.

Overall very poor. We made an appointment to view a vehicle that was posted online. We're told that we could get plates to drive it home. We drove an hour. Upon arrival. The vehicle was sold for parts that morning because it had a blown engine. Got handed a set of keys for another vehicle and was told to go out look for it and do our thing. In -10 degree weather. Looked around in the lot and couldn't locate said vehicle. The wife went to look for the sales agent and he came to look and couldn't find it. It wasn't in the lot and wouldn't be back anytime soon. First of all disappointed that I didn't get a call to cancel or notify of the vehicles sale. Second, wasted time looking for a vehicle that wasn't even in the lot. We told them we would come back later to see the vehicle and left.
