Went in to have winter tires put on and summer tires stored. Spoke with Jayden Mulligan, service advisor. She was professional, helpful, and courteous. Spoke with Matt Battistoni, who, as always, is professional, helpful, and courteous. He answered my questions and provided options. Both made my Honda visit pleasant. I would recommend them as key contacts.

The sales staff are professional and real at the same time. Management was a pleasure to deal with and the finance team was just as friendly. The availability of cars at the moment is a different story. Waiting to talk delivery of my new car

We recently purchased a new 2022 Honda CRV Touring from Paladino Honda. When we downloaded the manual we saw that we were supposed to get a $100 Visa gift card. When I called our dealer to ask about it he said he thought we had to apply for the card BEFORE we bought the car, which makes absolutely no sense! He claimed to know nothing about it so…..NO SATISFACTION! Also as a new car purchaser we were to have had a chance to enter a draw for a Civic. When I asked about this, our dealer said he knew nothing about it, despite the fact that there are posters all over the dealership advertising the draw. We had good interaction with our salesman, but if we were entitled to these perks we should have received them. Very dissatisfied with this part of our experience!
