Recently purchased a new vehicle from Bank Street Kia. Always had a great experience with this dealership, but this time it was more than great, it was exceptional. Sales associate Ziad was so professional and kind and easy to deal with. Never felt pressured to make a deal. Keep up good work!

Absolutely horrible experience with this service dept on multiple occasions. Advisors are rude and condescending and will make every attempt to deny simple warranty issues by placing blame on the customer. Almost $200K spent with Dilawri Kia over the past 6 years( Sorrento/Telluride/Stinger) and treated like pure garbage by the service advisors when trying to make a simple warranty claim. Never again will the Dilawri group get a penny from me. For everyone leaving great reviews about your sales experience here, the honeymoon phase will wear off really quick as soon as you need to deal with the service department. PLEASE do yourself a favour and DO NOT bring your vehicle back to the Dilawri Group for after sales care or warranty. *Insert sincere canned apology from the owner below*

Was looking to but a Sportage. Bank street kia showed that they had around 12 vehicles in stock. Before driving an hour to go to see these vehicles I called. I was told that all of the vehicles shown on line were sold. I asked why they showed them as being in stock. Was told just in case the person who ordered one didn't take it. This is a shady way to do business. Makes me wonder what else the company would do to customers. Never buying from that dealer or any other Dilarwi dealership.

I booked an appointment to come test drive a second hand vehicle two days in advance. When I arrived the salesman said they sold it to auction about an hour before I came in. I never recieved a courtesy call or email canceling my appointment. I went there and after he told me this, he made no effort to help find what I was looking for. This was the beginning of my car shopping hunt and as a female things did not start off right and continued to get worse as I walked to the other dealerships next door (Mazda, Honda).
