When I first went to Fusion I was worried that I would be pushed into something. They were very laid back and friendly. I felt like I could get the vehicle on my own terms. They made sure to work with my schedule when I was purchasing the vehicle. They were very thorough and were able to workout the fine details fairly easily. Great experience!

Good experience, vehicle purchased. Sabrina was pleasant but not confident. I had to ask multiple times for the same information that in each case wasn't fully answered. Tim / Tom the owner had more knowledge but even he couldn't help me find the dip stick for the transmission fluid (no manual vehicles have one) and he told me the key to the vehicle doesn't have a chip (cheap to purchase a second (they're 150$ and chipped). Thank you for your time - a little more knowledge of the vehicle would have made me more comfortable making a purchase from your team. Jon

Hi John, Thanks for your review. I agree with you, my confidence was lacking when you came into look at the truck. If I believe that I’m not 100% sure with any questions or information I like to double check with someone who is. What I do lack in experience/confidence, I try to make up with getting my customers great deals and making sure they are happy with the vehicle when they come in. Honest, no pressure, and no hassle purchase

After providing a detailed description of the type of car I wanted, Tom at Fusion was honest in his feedback and diligent in providing weekly updates as new cars became available. He never pressured me into a sale. And when the right car came along, it was a no hassle purchase. I was provided with a car proof and all the information related to extended warranty and service. I definitely would do business with Fusion again and highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.
