Sam was very helpful, explaining all aspects of the car and even phoned to see if I was satisfied. I was totally pleased with the whole experience and quite happy with the way I was treated.

We were taken thru the total transaction from the paperwork, to the details in and outside our new vehicle. Mike Hayes was meticulous in explaining each integral phase of the documents which would conclude our business deal. Mike made sure we were well versed in the vehicle functions from front to back, top to bottom. He assisted us with On Star, radio features, safety features and gave us an on hands demonstration of setting up the bluetooth format. We are extremely pleased and look forward to a continuous and future relationship with not only Mike Hayes but Ontario Motor Sales.

We scheduled to meet with a sales man at 7, Michel took care of us the second we stepped foot onto the lot and helped us get our car faster so we had a vehicle! We'll be back for out next car for sure.

Great experience with Cecil. Too bad the electronics are not easier to be explained and use. Very overwhelming for a first time Cadillac buyer. By the time I figure them all out, the next version will make me start all over again. Not impressed.

Gary is personable and respectful. He explained my optionsi in a organized, efficient and clear manner . When it came time to finalizing the deal all the paperwork was ready and we signed all the necessary documents etc. very quickly. I enjoyed the experience and am extremely pleased with the service I received.
