Left vehicle for service during the day, and my wife had to take time off of work from the hospital to do so, the vehicle hadn't hit the bay yet when the shuttle brought her back. The cost of the oil change is now added to lost time at work. Simple work now is costing hundreds of dollars rather than what it should and I hate being stolen from. Apparently we received an alignment free of charge, The vehicle has been on the road a little over a year, What made them feel the need for an alignment, the vehicle has never been in an accident. Is this due to a product fault with the CRV? If it wasn't needed, why was it performed and for what additional time?

I recently purchased a used 2011 Toyota Highlander with 145,000 km on it from Palladino Honda in late March, my salesperson was Marissa Holla and they stood behind the sale far beyond what was expected. The sales department was very professional kind and courteous to all my needs and concerns. The service department took care of the few problems I had at no extra cost to myself. I would recommend Palladino new or used to anyone looking for a great vehicle and even better dealership and team. Thanks again for the GREAT deal and service requirement being dealt with promptly.
