Fantastic service from Phillip! He was able to sell both me and my best friend Jeep Grand Cherokees, which we both love. He was very honest, friendly and most of all, not pushy. He listened to our needs and made it happen. I’d also like to point out that Dean and Ben both worked magic to get the financing in place and the most value for my trade. Overall, outstanding customer service all around. Thank you again to all of you and Phillip, you’ve gained two friends outside the office!

With Jami and Dean helping me out with financing and then finding the right vehicle for me, this experience was made very pleasurable. Jami is very knowledgeable about each vehicle. She listens to your wants and needs when buying and makes sure to follow up that you are happy with your purchase. She went over the entire vehicle with me explaining what each button was for and made me feel extremely comfortable driving away in my vehicle. Will def be back to purchase at SMP in the future!

Initially my husband was looking to trade in his extended cab truck for a newer crew cab, within 3 weeks (without really “looking” to trade in my vehicle) I had also traded in my suv for a larger seating capacity suv (during the process of my husband’s vehicle purchase we had talked about how large our family is and how I was NOT willing to get a minivan to haul the kiddos around, that we would have to make my vehicle work for the time being. That being said Our sales rep really listened to what our future needs would entail and contacted me with a great deal on a larger suv that would meet my needs) Sahib was our sales rep, I CANNOT say enough positive things to describe the level of professionalism we received from Sahib. My husband’s new truck was cleaned by Sahib himself (as we were there later than business hours to pick it up) and was exceptionally IMMACULATE!! There were cleaning issues with the vehicle I purchased and Sahib went over and above to make sure I was satisfied and happy. Sahib is extremely knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. My husband and I are extremely satisfied, happy and comfortable with our purchases and the level of care we received from Sahib and the team at SMP! Definitely will be repeat customers when the time comes!

Friendly , outgoing and helpful. I had a very great experience at SMP. First time financer and helped me get my brand new 2018 Z71 LTZ . I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to shop at SMP.
