Jayson Ball was an outstanding and remarkable sales person. He really made sure I had the right car both for my budget and life style. He went above and beyond what was required. I will recommend him and Palladino Honda to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I am reading some of the recent reviews and I have never had an issue. Cody was my salesman from the first day I walked in the door and has always been awesome. I was in the other day considering a trade and all the staff was awesome "have you been helped?" Etc I love that when they are a tad busy I can help myself to a cold drink or coffee. Monday Cody got another man to show me an SUV I am considering and he was so helpful made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and as usual I left feeling good. Plus they all have these great new golf shirts so they are comfortable with it being so hot out I thought they all looked great. Oh 1 more thing I just looked at the suv online and in the morning I got a email with times to come in and test drive then in the evening I got an email thanking me for being there. I even referred my folks who bought from them 2 months ago :)

Excellent customer service. Rob Rouleau is super awesome in explaining details of the vehicle I've purchased. He took the time to go through all the functionality of my new CRV and programmed all the settings to sync my cell phone via Bluetooth. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rob. Kudos to you Rob as you are a super friendly person and have answered all of my questions. Good job Rob!

I have been a very happy client of Palladino Honda for almost 40 years. We were clients in the very first location. My CRV has a major problem. It won"t start often. When you walk away from the car it beeps at you like you have left it running. Sunday the 4 way flashers started for no reason. The water sensing wipers started going on sunny day. Shut the car off the hatch opens. If you are incapable of fixing the problem give me a new one At this rate I might as well be driving an old jalopy. I had to cancel showings tonight because i waited 1 1/2 hrs for a tow truck. Not going to put up with poor service and your condescending attitude. Rate Palladino Honda 1/10. #1 being the lowest. Pretty bad when the tow truck driver recognizes you from your lasts tow of this car.
