An utter waste of time at this Hyundai dealership. I came in to look for the Kona Electric 2020, they've sent the most clueless rep to help me. It was a young blond girl, we asked about the car, it was like she was just describing what she sees...like girl, we see the same thing too, tell me about the features, the updates, something that makes this car stands out compared to the competition?? We went for a test drive and she awkwardly sits in the front as we drive...IN COMPLETE SILENCE. No attempt to upsell or introduce any of the features. While driving, I had a question about a button, I asked 'what does this button do on the steering wheel?', she actually turned around and PRETENDED like she didn't hear me. Then she suggests that I press buttons and play around with it as if it's my own car, so I asked again what the same buttons do, to which she replies she doesn't know. After 20 minutes at this dealership, I still have no information about the car, and I felt like I've completely wasted my time. Don't bother with this dealership, you're better off going to another Hyundai dealership where the staff actually has any knowledge about the products they're trying to sell.

Ils ont enlevé les plaques de mon ancienne voiture et ne peuvent pas immatriculer la nouvelle parce qu'elle n'est même pas dans leur inventaire !!!! Ils ont été capable de vendre une voiture qui ne leur appartient même pas, faut le faire ! Et M Coiteux est bien au courant de la situation, hier j'ai passé 4 heures dans leurs bureaux.
