They misdiagnosed the problem with my car in service, mistakenly charged me for something covered under warranty, OVERcharged me, and finally agreed to reimburse me after admitting I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. Now, three months later, I'm still waiting for that reimbursement. I love my car but I have no trust in their service department or their ability to come through when they promise anything. I'm trying to be patient but it's wearing thin.

We bought my wife’s car here and made all the servicing here as well. I never discuss and always followed their recommendations. Today I brought my wife’s car for a break inspection because the breaks blocked in the middle of nowhere. My wife get stuck with the kids with rear wheel blocked. Apparently, that was caused by the previous break maintenance done by Mazda. According to Mazda this incident happened because, following Mazda recommendations, I chose the after market break kit instead of the Mazda break kit. So my wife get stuck with kids in the middle of nowhere not because they didn’t correctly assembled the break but because I chose the supposedly high quality after market break kit they sell. I was satisfies so far and I never had an issue with Mazda so I was really disappointed with the situation. Good point, this happened now while we start planning for replacing our cars.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon at Barrhaven Mazda when my wife and I purchased a used vehicle here back in July. Even though it was the cheapest vehicle on the lot, Brandon was always quick to respond, knowledgeable with his answers, and treated us just like if we were buying a new car. Thanks again!
