So pleased Cassie listened to what I needed and then reached out to me as soon as a trade in became available. Son approved and just what I needed and so fast after I first contacted Kia. So appreciated !!!

Worst ever... First when we went there there was no one to attend for first 10 mins. They gave us a list of cars to select what we wanted to see or we are interested in. When gave her list of 4 suvs. So she said I can't get keys for all four suvs. So we short listed and gave her a list 2 cars. She got keys for those two and when we asked for test drive for one of them she agreed initially and then she said my manager just told me that this cars can't go for a test drive...can you imagine how insulting it was. On top of that no one apologized for what they did. Is thi how you treat your customers???? I will never go or suggest anyone to go to wheaton kia so that no one has to feel embarrassed or insulting like they did to us.

We were looking to upgrade our vehicle, staff were super helpful and pleasant. The vehicle is fantastic, very pleased with overall service. Was quickly assisted to book oil change and service for command start. Cassie is friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Thank you!

Deeply dishonest. This chip shortage has really separated dealers from eachother in terms of how they do business. Having shopped for three vehicles in the last 6 months and personally dealt with around 20 dealerships across Saskatchewan and Alberta, I can safely say, Wheaton Kia is on the lowest rung. How you do anything is how you do everything. Avoid this dealership.

I had a great experience, Chris was recommended by a friend & it's very obvious why. He's clearly on his game as far as product knowledge & price point. He's very friendly, had great follow through in answering questions as I live out of town and wanted to do as much online and over the phone as possible. .
