I hate car shopping at the best of times but unfortunately found myself with a totalled car, shoulder injury, swamped at work, and trying to find a car in a supply shortage. With no time to actually go into a dealership, I got connected with Chris Gervais by just calling in to see if Kia had a vehicle I liked on the lot. Chris was fantastic from start to finish. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make a deal work for me. Susan Rosa in financing was equally accommodating and clearly laid out all the numbers for all our options. I was able to do everything over the phone and didn’t have to go in until I was picking up my new vehicle. This may not be everyone’s way of car shopping but it was exactly what I needed and Chris and Susan made it work. Thank-you!

Gregg our salesman was friendly and informative. I was comfortable and trusted him completely making my decision to purchase my new Telluride very easy. The other staff I encountered were also very pleasant and seemed to really enjoy working at Kia. Chris handled the purchasing and warranty. He too was very informative, friendly and trustworthy. My next purchase will be back at Kia.

The service was excellent for the beginning to the end. Chris Gervais the sales person was very funny and enthusiastic. When you go to wheaton kia you feel like your at home. Thank you for my new car love it. The other Chris in the finance department was very professional and found me a good price that's convenient to my budget.
