From the minute I walked in the door I immediately felt welcome. Not only was my salesman Chris great to deal with so was everyone from others in sales to finance. I drove away with a giant smile on my face. Even days later I am getting asked how I enjoy my vehicle. The level of care is not seen very often but it is from everyone at Wheaton Kia.

All the staff was very informative and extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Chris Gervais and Susan Rosa are truly a pleasure to work with, answering all questions and concerns you may have. Chris is very thorough in explaining the vehicle with all the features and making sure you drive away knowing your new vehicle. Susan is also very thorough in explaining the finance side of things. I would highly recommended visiting these 2 when looking at picking up a new or used vehicle. Zero pressure in making a decision and no “pushy” sales people trying to sell you something you don’t need or want. My whole experience was stress free. I I will definitely be returning and recommending this team!!

Just purchased a 2023 Kia Seltos. Awesome professional service and attention to detail and delivery on commitments, including trade-in value, from quote through vehicle arrival. I found the staff to be very helpful and respectful. They showed a lot of empathy with my frustration over the wait time. Didn’t try to give me any excuses to calm me down. Just explained the situation (chip issue) in a reasonable fashion. I appreciate that and understood the situation was out of their control. Would recommend Wheaton Kia to friends.
