For me, excellent service. Tested their patience a few times as I wanted to see how they would be. Passed the test! Very good people to deal with, on time with the delivery of my vehicle. All paperwork done appropriately. Sam was exceptional sales rep. Knew his product very very well and very cool headed guy with awesome stories to tell! Eli the FnI (finance dude) was knowledgeable and efficient. No hiccups. Sales manager, well he's there to ensure everything goes smoothly and he's the one I tested the most! Excellent manager! Got me a very good price on my trade in. Very very cool headed! Would I buy another vehicle from them? Absolutely! Cheers!

Sam is really friendly and was able to answer any questions that I had about the Outlander PHEV. The thing I really liked about working with Sam was that he emphasized the important things I needed to remember to ensure that I will have the best experience with my brand new car. I highly recommend reaching out to Sam if you are thinking to purchase a Mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi made my car purchase so easy and it was definitely very fast. Grayson was my sale rep and the communication was amazing. My PHEV was delivered under 2 months and I have no regrets at all.

both my wife and I are always hesitant to go car shopping due to previous experiences with high pressure sales tactics. We really liked the Outlander (look and performance) so we decided to go to bank street Mitsubishi. The experience was 100% better. Sam was our salesperson. He was a delight to deal with. Sam was very pleasant we did not feel any pressure/high pressure to buy the car. The knowledge and details Sam shared with us about the Outlander and Eclipse was excellent. It felt like we were talking to a family member. We were then introduced to Eli who was the financial services rep (as we were financing). He was also a pleasure to deal with. Again we did not feel any high pressure sales tactic from Eli. We would definitely deal with him again. If you need a car, we would highly recommend Sam as the person to deal with.

Prices are higher than Orleans Mitsubishi. Sales staff is a bit rude. Would recommend people to try Orleans Mitsubishi instead of them

Grayson was very efficient. We told him exactly what we wanted and he gave it to us straight and he was clear and concise with telling us what our options are. We got a vehicle in less than a month of purchasing which doesn't happen these days. Just wanted to thank Grayson for making our experience to the point and honest. :) But it would be helpful/convenient if their service department would pick up their phone. Or even the sales department!
