Just spoke with 'Mo' at this dealership, asking about a vehicle that is listed online. I was told that it simply cannot be shipped to another dealership, and then I was asked 'if I could drive for 7 hours' and then was told I could 'take a train or bus and stay overnight at a hotel' to pick up the car when it arrived. I am (obviously) more than capable of making my own travel arrangements. 'Mo' was rude and extremely insulting, plus he seemed to think the entire exchange was very funny. Seriously? Why does this person work in any kind of customer service?????

The experience was very pleasing . Moe helped me with all my questions and gave me more suggestions on the vehicle . Went to buy Mitsubishi RVR but booked an eclipse cross instead. Overall very happy with the service and interaction with Moe .

My experience at backstreet Mitsubishi was phenomenal. Had the pleasure of meeting with Quinten, from the moment I walked into and out of the dealership, i felt like it was not only an enjoyable experience, but as well an easy one. Traded the 2018 rvr in for a 2023 rvr! I definitely recommend Quinten, very knowledgeable lad! Thank you!
