Cherokee purchase

It was a pleasure working with our salesman Dave Conen. Not only was he knowledgeable, but we considered him to be a very genuine person. As I work in an industry where integrity and being down to earth really matters to customers, Dave portrays this kind of person. In today's society we rarely see this quality. He never gave us grief even when we insisted that we needed to drive three vehicles after the tent sale had ended. Dave had spent at least 2 hours with us at this point. He agreed with my husband and said, I look forward to meeting with you guys tomorrow to have a test drive of the vehicles you are interested in. At this point , I thought I wanted the Renegade as it's look appealed to me. However, after the test drive of the Patriot, Renegade and Cherokee, my husband and I chose the Jeep Cherokee as our purchase. We also felt that Dave was very considerate of our feelings and efficient when he accommodated and worked around our schedule in having to attend a funeral home that same evening. Provincial Chrysler is very lucky to have this type of Salesman working for them. We wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase with Dave. My husband gave up his Dodge Ram truck for me, but I can tell you, Dave will be seeing him soon. Sincerely, Kathy and JIm Evans.

Worst customer service! Started looking for a new vehicle in March 2016. Were told they would get back to us. We made numerous calls to our sales rep Rob, and finance manager Dave asking what was going on...still waiting for response (now end of April). My husband received a survey from the Customer Service manager asking about our experience. We replied with a bad review. No response from the CS manager! Will never go back!

I had the opportunity of meeting some Great People, at Provincial Chrysler, they sure moved Heaven and Earth to get the Vehicle of my choice, and I was treated like Family, I was able to buy a 200c Chrysler Grey Used, but like brand New, with many Features, I am so glad my Wife and I decided to go, and if they did this for us I am sure they would do the same for you.

Dave Conen was our sales associate for our recent purchase of our new 2016 Ram 1500 at Provincial Chrysler. We could not have been happier with our car buying experience. Dave was friendly, efficient and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations and really made it a nice experience for us. Dave was very accomadating & he worked hard to find us exactly what we liked and wanted for our new vehicle. We had another really great experience purchasing a vehicle through Dave Conen at Provincial Chrysler. Dave is very thorough, patient and very efficient! We really appreciated how fast he would return emails and calls and answer any questions we had. Dave took the time to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. He sells without making you feel pressured to buy - and he even took the time to show us how everything worked in our new van once we purchased it. We highly recommend Dave Conen at Provincial Chrysler!
