Friendly service, no problem having a courtesy car available which was appreciated as I was not from town so could continue with other errands while my car was attended to..work done looked great....

We knew what we were looking for, had a limited budget and had seen the vehicle on line. Drove in, parked and showed stated we were interested in this particular vehicle. At no point were we made to feel 'less' because we were not looking at a new or more expensive option which is what we had experienced at other dealers. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership - even our little dog was made welcome and they even remembered his name.

Our first customer service experience here

Just writing to rave about our experience here. We shopped at many places looking for a new family vehicle and a commuter car. The others were pushy refused to tell us the price before we test drove, amd made false promises as if they were doing is a favor. Super pushy and fake. I walked into Murray Mazda and was greeted by Curtis who had already been chatting with my hubby. He presented calm friendly and relaxed. He gave us all the info on the vehicles we were looking at and the price. He let us test drive them And had answers to all our questions. When we were done he let us have time to talk and decide without hovering. Super friendly accommodated my kids with hot chocolate, grabbed us coffee and backed off. When we decided we had questions And he brought the manager over to answer the ones only he could make decisions on. Super pleasant friendly and personable and most important honest and held integrity the entire time. Amazing experience with curtis all around!!! Then we went to close the sale (both vehicles because they found us what we were looking for while we waited for the other one to get prepped for us to take home within. A week!) we met with Renee. Renee is the finance mgr who we dealt with the entire time she was professional, completely transparent amd honest...no fine print. She found us the best rate and both were within our budget no questions asked. She let my 4 yr old.color and hung her picture up on her wall. When we came back she remembered her name and asked if she was with us to see the picture! She ensured what we asked for was what we got. She ensured instead of getti.g somethi g fixed it was replaced and disnt think twice to.emsure ot was included I'm the sale. Very friendly and personable. We will never go anywhere else but here!!! Best experience we could.have asked for and extremely happy with both our purchases both times. If you want honest and non typical car sales experience go here!!!

Amazing Staff and Excellent Service

We visited Murray Mazda in our search to purchase a new car. We talked to Jesse and he was absolutely amazing! He helped us with everything we were asking for and answered every single question we had about every car we saw. He was super friendly and wasnt talking at us instead he was talking to us and made sure we understood everything he was talking about. I highly recommend visiting them for any car needs you are looking for!

My Mazda needed a regular service. Your staff took care of my vehicle in a timely manor, cleaned before returning it. The driver who took me to my work was friendly and respectful. The service desk employee was most helpful with getting my phone to work with the on board blue tooth. All in all a very good visit. thanks!
