Great costumer service! They were extremely accommodating in regards to having another family member pick up my vehicle (and a ride was provided for them).

They are respectful for whatever decisions you made. They listen to the customer and help customer in all aspects. They make customer satisfied. Very friendly and approachable except for the girl that showed the CRV features. It’s free to smile so just smile to the customer

Polite, completed the work in the time allotted and then called us that the vehicle was ready for pickup. This was an initial service for a new vehicle. Oil, lube filter and complete check of vehicle.

The person handling my appointment was good. However each time we have had our car in for service with you there has been a problem on your end. The car slipped off the lift the first time the car was in and the winter/summer tires have not been ready for the appointment each time we have them swapped, causing delays with pick up. We cannot say we are overly happy with the service we have received so far in the year and a half we have had the car.
