Called the dealership to test drive a vehicle, 45 min to my appointment time I was informed over text message that it had just sold. I came in anyway because I had fought traffic to get there so I could try to test drive a similar vehicle or at least take a look around. Within a day or two, the same vehicle was RELISTED for sale and I was not contacted. When I called to inquire, I was again told that the vehicle was JUST SOLD. I don’t know how these people can justify such deceitful sales tactics, poor customer service, and unethical practices are able to legally run a business. If I could give a negative star, this would be the place. Sales Representatives: Jay and Thomas. Not impressed, grossly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to see a car that was listed before I left home and, by the time I arrived the car was sold. This was yesterday and the car has been added last Friday. And guess what, just checked now and the car is still listed. This is probably to call customers to their store. Now let's move to the seller... oh god.. the seller. I think I've never been into such awkward moment before, he just said the basic, just let me drive an expensive car we checked after half way through. And, when I was driving, silence dominated. My kid, who was on the rear seat tried to break the ice, unsuccessfully. And then, I told the seller that I had to think because I went to see one car and ended to decide on a more expensive model, seller tried everything to close the deal, not leaving space for me to take time to think. I know I'm cheap and probably sellers don't like me but, work out to find a similar car to what you left advertised! Not to say that my kid was all excited by the popcorn machine and no one, yes, there were about 5 sellers talking and laughing but, not a single soul looked at my thrilled son and gave him a popcorn. I guess popcorn is only for their customers that are for the new cars. Bottom line, I will never go back there and will tell a bunch of people not to do it. Maybe next time you would have time to consider what it is to deal with a customer. The only good thing about this dealership are the cars, Hondas. Other than that, move to the next Honda dealership and save your time. And please, do not reply with your automated message here, I gave you guys plenty of details to work on. You're welcome. [edit] I was almost forgotten to make that they offered $250 for my car. And just overheard another seller offering $300 for another one. So, please, if you're going to offer that, just tell that you won't take the car on the deal, it's way better, leave the customer insist if they want, but just do not offer such idiotic offer. Thanks again.
