I was quoted and agreed on a price and when I went back to sign the papers it was a higher price. I was told I would get a refund (in the mail) of my last payment on my traded in car, within a week. After 2 weeks I enquired where it was. Took 24 hours to reply that it got lost and to go by and pick it up at the dealership (instead of $211 it was $161) I asked about the difference and was told it was interest????? Cheque was made out to the business name even though the payments are made from my personal bank account. Also no mention of free 3 months of satellite radio. The guys were all nice enough but maybe alittle more training is needed. When making the deal I had asked about them covering my oil changes and thought it was agreed upon but when I went to sign papers and pick up vehicle there was no mention of that. After I expressed my unsatisfaction they threw in one oil change.

very poor experience with the service department. Took my honda cr-v because of a grinding noise when starting. They made diasnostics and determined that it was the vtc actuator that needs replacement. I agreed to have it replaced. drove the car home (5 min. drive) and didn't use it for the rest of the day. The morning after, after about a 10 min drive, i noticed a different sound when on idle, start up and turning the engine off. took it back as it was a new sound that i was hearing. Then i was told sound was coming from the serpentine tensioner and that replacing it will eliminate the noise I was hearing. As I was assured of this, again, I agreed to have it replaced. After about an hour wait, i was given the keys back, started the engine and same sound is still present. I scheduled an appointment again as I was told they will need to put the orig. tensioner back and see if there's any difference in sound it makes. After another full day that car was in, they explained that the new tensioner actually reduced (not completely eliminated) the noise i was hearing (complete opposite of what i was told the first time) and that it was just normal engine noise. They added that noise during start up is from the starter but that everything is ok and nothing needs fixing. fast forward to 4 days after, my car stalled and would not start! Out $1300 with all repairs and here I am with another problem with car when I was assured everything is ok! Should not associate the work they do with quality because its clearly not!
