I had a great experience at SMP. Joel and Jeff were both fantastic to work with and provided honest feedback, friendly advice and efficient responses to our questions. I drove away with an SUV I love and will remember the day I bought it with fondness . The team at SMP is impressive.

I recently had my car broke into and because SMP is so close to my work I immediately chose them. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment i walked in the door. I was able to use a courtesy car which helped alleviate the added stress of paying for a rental which I greatly appreciated. The receptionist and the workers were always friendly, easy to talk to and very accommodating. Thank you for a stress free end to my unfortunate situation!

Sales - I've always bought used cars, so I've never had the new(er) car sales experience before, so this is probably VERY typical and exactly as GM expects, but I was quoted one price for my trade in, a price for the purchase, monthly payment amount, and an interest rate. As soon as I got in the room with the "Closer" (financier I suppose?) everything changed. There are a lot of options that are pushed and must be decided on the spot, and once you're in that little office, the pressure to sign now is quite intense. I felt hustled into a payment amount I wasn't expecting - I'll stick with used from now on. Service Centre - they know their stuff, and they give rides to and from work, but the repair costs are too high. 1 battery, 1 door latch, inspection, interior clean, transmission hose, transmission flush = $1500.

I purchased my first vehicle through SMP with the help of Jilene! She showed me all of the options and encouraged me to test drive to help in my decision. I went in to look and ended up buying! Thanks to her great help and time in making sure I was comfortable and ready to go with my new to me vehicle!
