I don't know where to turn to for the issue with my CRV. I am hopeful that my home town dealer can fix it but my hope is fading

Had a leak in transmission seal. Supposedly fixed. Started leaking again. Brought in again and scheduled appointment in about 1 1/2 weeks. Was called day before to say part was not in, and re-scheduled to 3 days later. Two weeks for a part to come in is not acceptable in my opinion. Having to return for the same problem is a bit disconcerting to say the least.
