had an oil change very nice rep. would like to go in for an oil change once and not have a whole list of things that need to be done to my vehicle and a fee to boot

Had to wait for air conditioning parts for a couple of weeks, but on day service was performed it was completed smoothly. Very pleasant service department.

This is my second Honda CRV. I have all my maintenance done at the dealership. I find the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I find the location convenient and the atmosphere very pleasant. I have encouraged several friends to consider purchasing at Palladino.
