My husband and I relocated to Sudbury in May from Nova Scotia. We own a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. We require a mechanical check on our vehicle for registration, we also require a front license plate bracket to be installed. My husband dropped our vehicle off this morning at 730am and returned to pick it up at 330pm assuming the work had been completed. Our vehicle was not looked at, at any point during the day. I can tell you from experience with our Honda dealers in Nova Scotia, that we have never experienced customer service like this. I am appalled that this happened. What a waste of time. We were looking at buying a second vehicle from this location, but I can tell you I will not be purchasing from this location. I have contacted Honda Canada about this incident and would appreciate a call from a manager. Jennifer & Rory Buchanan

Jay was really helpful, respectful, knowledgable, and informative. He made my experience at Paladeno Honda a great one. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership buying a vehicle. I am going to recommend Jay to everyone I know!
