Extremely pleased with the exceptional service in sales (Jeff Brouse) and in finance (Denis Aubut & Cole Julien) that I received when purchasing my new 2017 Honda Civic. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased at Palladino Honda & will continue to encourage others to drive a Honda! Reliable vehicles and fun to drive! :)

All around great experience through the phone and in the store.

Due to living in Timmins, rob and I had to discuss through phone calls during the process of it all; he made sure to give me every detail necessary and at the phone as many times as he had to to reassure that I was satisfied. Over all great experience, on the phone and when I was greeted in the store for my first time.
