A new backup camera was installed and a brake part that affected the emergency brake. The work was under warranty.

Paint Warranty

Honda sent me over to Superior Auto to fix my paint peeling under warranty. I had to drive to Honda and they told me to drive over to Superior to get it looked at (could they not just send pictures over to him to save the customer this hassle?). I then needed to come back to Honda and they took it over to Superior. I was told this would take 2 days. It was finished over a week later, and upon pickup Honda couldn't tell me what work was done by Superior and why it took so long. Furthermore there were dried paint drips on the side door which required rework. I left the car there, and Honda apparently called Superior to have them come take a look at the car. Honda simply said "We couldn't see anything wrong". I had to drive back to Honda, have them take another look at it, and then they told me I had to drive back over to Superior for them to look at it. I'm sorry but no Honda needs to take responsibility and not send their client driving all over town. Honda made another appointment, and Superior was to fix the paint drips and also more paint peeling on the top of the car. When I received the car back the next week, the rubber strips at the top of my car were totally warped when Superior ripped them out and not fastened down correctly. I had to take time off work AGAIN, drive across town AGAIN to Superior only for him to tell me "yea we need to order two strips to replace it". I had to make an appointment AGAIN with Honda and take time off work, drive across town to leave it with them to get it taken over to Superior. After all this, I've lost considerable amount of time at work, and gas having to drive all across town 5 or 6 times, and over a month and a half trying to get this complete. In the end, I asked Ray for some compensation and he argued with me saying that it was Superior and not Honda doing the work. Again, I'm sorry but Honda needs to take some responsibility for the service they provide and the other companies they choose to do business with. This was a horrible experience from the start and there was no communication between Honda and Superior, making the client drive between the two service centers and call the two myself to get this sorted out. After arguing with Ray he reluctantly agreed to give me a pollen filter and cabin filter (less than $50 of parts) and didn't apologize for the issues I've experience. I highly recommend you choose another company to do body work other than Superior as it has been a horrible experience for me. This is the third Honda dealership I've dealt with during my 3 years with this car and it has been by far the worst.

My wife and I were just starting to look for two new vehicles to replace our aging Honda Fit. We looked at VW and Mitsubishi, but after the test drive with Jayson - we were sold on the Civics. Jayson was courteous and provided all the necessary answers to our questions. We will absolutely deal with him in the future!
