Oil change, was told would be an hour and it was exactly that. Trying to find a spot to park was hard but eventually got a spot.

I went into this dealer while I was in Sudbury with the intention to have my vehicle appraised and, if a reasonable offer was given, purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately, the salesperson was pushy, trying to get me to test drive a new vehicle before I was given a proper offer on my trade in. Then, before even doing the proper appraisal, the salesperson asked if I was actually serious about purchasing a vehicle and would be willing to actually sign paperwork, as he apparently had 3 clients waiting who were ready to sign paperwork. After the salesperson treated me like this, I said that I would continue to drive the car I have and left the dealership. I went in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle in my hometown, if a reasonable offer was given for my trade, but this experience will keep me buying my vehicles down south at Honda dealerships in the Toronto area. This dealership provided me with good maintenance on my 01 civic when I lived in the area, but I am unimpressed with my experience with the sales department and feel as though that, because I wanted a trade valuation done first in the sales process, I was not treated like a "serious buyer".
