I was at Honda dealer in 2017 Jan for troubles with my lock of driver side that supposed to be fix don't 5 month later other problems with the same door and not under warranty what doing on not sure if want to buy another Honda

Brought in for servicing ... dropped off night before to do first thing ..explained that we had an appt mid day .. they called at noon to tell us they had not even started ..we were suppose to be done first thing in the morning ..we then came back for oil chg but have not done done servicing in ..very disappointing John Chevrette

Very good service but I wish more common parts were stocked in the dealership and this would eliminate return visits.
