All four of your service advisors are polite and appear to provide sound technical advise. Cost of service provided so far seems reasonable. So far in purchasing a new vehicle your excellent service could tip balance in your favour for choice when factored in with competitive pricing. To whom it may concern: Everyone was very friendly!! Jayson introduced himself in a very friendly and helpful manner. He listened to what all my wants and needs were. When we went for a test drive he explained and went through every detail about the 2013 Honda Civic Coupe. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience at Palladino Honda Dealer!! Jayson was a fun and very professional car salesman!!!!!

The first time I brought in my Honda Accord 2015 for air conditioning not working, your staff could not find the problem. When I return, they say it is obvious that a rock hit my condenser and it is not covered. This happened to my Honda CRV, obviously Honda needs a better system to protect air conditioning and to cover it with the warranty. My father's 2000 ford has air conditioning and so does my 2005 Nissan. Will need to find another dealership!

Industry standard for transmission flush is 60,000 miles or 100,000 km. The car has 65,000 km. This is the second service that this was recommended! My son is a vehicle test engineer and saw pictures of serpentine belt. He said it was not required to be changed.

We went in for a test drive of newest Crv. We had a nice salesman that was always having to go back and forth between us and his manager in regards to sales quote and trade in. It took 2 hours. We did not like pressure tactics used by manager to buy on spot. If we signed that afternoon we would've been given more for trade in...so as we left...without purchasing. ..we were given a new print up of lower trade in price. What a nice way to end our two hour long session. We were given a better deal by another Honda dealer out of town...better price and trade in. Got my new Crv a week later!

They explained the service and cost needed to care for my CR-V. They also offered & provided me with a loaner vehicle because I meed a vehicle for my job.

Taylor was an excellent service advisor and was very helpful, unfortunately, my issue persisted after servicing and i will have to return for more work. I was already there 3 times within 1 week, once to diagnose, once because the parts werent in stock, and then the third time was for the repair that didnt work.
