As usual - they took my car when they said - provided me with a shuttle to work (they always find great shuttle drivers) and were ready an hour before they said. Very positive experience.

In the last six months my family has purchased two Honda Civics through Jayson Ball at Palladino Honda; the first a 2001 the second a 2017. Although I am sure the first car wasn't the commission of the year that Jayson had been waiting for, it did not reflect in the amount of time or effort that he spent with us. The car only cost us $999, but we rolled out of there feeling all our questions were answered and we were valued customers. When the time came to buy a new car, I did not hesitate to call Jayson first. His level of knowledge and enthusiasm for the Honda Civic is undeniable. I honestly think he was more excited than I was when I went to pick up my car! It has taken me 50 years to buy my first new car and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Jason is certainly an asset for Palladino Honda and I would highly recommend his services. Cathie MacKenzie

My husband and I were impressed with the quality of care that we received. We were referred to Jayson because of his integrity and were not disappointed. Right from the initial phone call to driving away in our new set of wheels Jayson regularly kept in touch and efficiently explained all the steps as we went along. Since we were unable to come and test drive the van ourselves it meant all the more to us to have an honest and trustworthy salesperson to rely on. We never once felt pressured into purchasing but rather felt that Jayson genuinely cared about our families safety and comfort. We have already told our friends and family about our amazing and encouraging experience at Palladino Honda.

I was treated rather disrespectfully buy the service desk when discussing the services required for maintenance on my vehicles. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am considering moving to another dealership for service.

a 6 month old tire (from a set of 4) had to be replaced due to a puncture & while I was disappointed there was no road hazard warrantee, it would have been nice to get a better price on the tire, since we bought them there. I also asked for a cheap rim to put a spare tire on, and was blown away that the price of the cheap rim was over $100.00. Although we have always bought our tires from the dealer, we will likely shop around in the future.
