The service was fine and accommodating. My frustration is that a tire issue was not resolved. They could not see what was wrong with tire yet my experience is that it keep deflating on its own over a 48 hour period.

I knew I needed brake work or my 14 year old Accord (love that car!) I had received a coupon for a deal on an oil change as well as 10% off parts and labour so I decided to have it all done at once. I really appreciated being taken back to see the state of my car's brakes, routers, links and bearings etc. and it was explained visually what required changing and why and what was and wasn't necessarily a safety issue and could therefore wait if I chose to. There was a small issue with wrong parts arriving for my vehicle which meant my car had to be kept a second night but that's something I was prepared for. I like to have price comparisons before I bring my car in because parts can be a bit more expensive at times but when deals are offered, it can be well worth it. If it were possible, I'd request the same mechanic every time. Great work!

The rotors needed turning to avoid a more costly brake job later. Catching small repairs to avoid costly repairs is appreciated by me.

Very helpful & informative. They were patient with any question we had. Walked us through all the bells & whistles of our 2017 CRV Touring. Never felt rushed or like we were just a number. Thank you Honda personnel we have handed down our civic to my son who I know will probably have it for another 14 years!

It was a privilege having the support of Mr. Rouleau helping me buy my first vehicle. I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't feel comfortable with, and all my questions were answered. Overall it was a 10/10 experience, and I will most certainly refer further customers to Palladino.

Thank you Jayson Ball and Denis Aubut for handling the transition back to carefree, fun and safe driving swiftly and flawlessly. They kept a great cup of coffee in my hand the entire time as well as good conversation and excellent service. Thanks for a great experience and an amazing car that makes me enjoy driving again.
