service started with an oil change and B service to my vehicle. Dan also mensioned that the transmission service was due so I said OK since my mileage was at 98,000 k's. He then informed me that he could slip in timing belt change since it was near the required mileage and he had some time available to fit it in. I was again called that since they had the engine appart he could save me labor costs to change the serpentine belt since they had to remove it to do the timing belt job. Anyway the vehicle was ready for me to pick up and still make my Lions meeting .Thanks Dan and Palladino Honda. Bruce Kutchaw

I have yet to be disappointed with any service from Palladino Honda - they are fantastic about describing the service in detail, making recommendations, and sending out reminders for appointments. Staff are friendly and helpful and shuttle service is prompt.

Appointment was for 1 pm, went to pick it up at 3:45 pm & it still had not gone in. Went in at 4:30 pm & was completed at 5:30 pm.

Should have been an easy experience, i ordered tires and servicing to be done on the same day 5 business days ahead of time. When i go there the night before the am services to drop off car i was told that the tires i had ordered had not been ordered due to some miscommunication at honda. Once the problem was realized, the employees did work hard to fix it, but this kind of mistake shouldn't come up in a fairly straightforward transaction. Otherwise the vehicle was fixed ahead of schedule and all staff members were very pleasant to deal with, just some poor communication fowling up the whole experience.

Purchased vehicle in March 2017. Already been serviced on a number of items including emergency side assistance. This all happened only within three months. It's only May. Service & Customer Service didn't really provide me with no empathy or support until I had to send a letter to reach out who can help me. Received response faster from the letter and sent it to all parties in the organization. I managed to receive the appropriate help. May 11 2017 I am back on the road. Thank You!

The actual servicing of my car was great. However, during the courtesy ride I received to and from my place of work I would prefer it if the driver slowed down. I didn't feel 100% safe in the vehicle.

The service people forgot to reset odometer and changed licence plate cover from our cover to their cover without our permission.
