I was provided aid in purchasing a used vehicle. I was able to test drive the car and spend time with it before deciding to purchase. Jay Ball found a car in my price range that also fit my needs.

I had a oil change done. Then they recommended I change my cabin air filter and engine filter. I was not pleased that these services took nearly 2 hours as I have changed engine filters and cabin air filters before and it doesn't take long at all

After spending $819.16 for maintenance service, had to bring vehicle back due to noise under car. It cost me another $33.76 to tell me it's the front pads and rotors. Why didn't they notice this problem when they charged me for the maintenance check? Very bad service!

I'm going to have to give this place a low rating. I had a scheduled appt to view a car I was interested in. I waited a few mins after walking in to the dealership before anyone came over to serve me, I told them I had an appt set so they went to find the salesperson. I had to wait almost 20 mins before the salesperson that was assigned came over to talk to me. They showed me the model I was interested in inside the showroom and a different model to see if I'd be interested in that. They then tried to have me sign the approval for them to do a credit​ check. I told them I wasn't going to do a credit, I was just looking for now with the possibility of a continuing further in a month or two but would have to leave and come back as I had a meeting I had to get to. The salesperson​ said to me "alright, there are many people here who DO want to buy cars" and walked away. It probably wasn't meant to be rude but it sure came off that way. I haven't been back since but IF I do it won't be to the same salesperson.

For the second time in 6 months, despite my appointment and the car left for the entire day, NONE of the work was done. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I will not be back.
