This experience was better than the last. The evaluation seemed to be filled out correctly unlike my last visit where the inspection points were marked off incorrectly. Service desk staff are friendly.

Extremely late!

First, my appointment was for 12:30 but I don't think my car was taken into the shop until 1:15-1:30, an hour later than my appointment. It was estimated to be an hour and a half appointment, which was perfect because I had to be at work for 2:30. A 12:30 appointment for an hour and a half, would give me 30 minutes to spare. If my first client at work did not need to reschedule her 3 pm appointment, I would have had to cancel because my car was taken in an hour late! When I made the appointment, i did state that I had to work at 3pm. Second, I have been having a problem with my starter once a month. It has been hard to get my car to start, it isn't the battery because everything else in my car turns on. My car is a 2016, so there is plenty of warranty on the car still. Palladino told me that because they could not recreate the problem (which happens randomly once a month when I start my car) there was nothing that they could do for me until the problem gets worse. So, even though the starter could be replaced under warranty, I have to wait until my car eventually wont start at all for them to fix the problem. Not very good service in my opinion!

Gas mileage

Having issues with my cars gas mileage and inconsistent mileage. Range calculator also is off, losing 60 km in less then 5 mins.

Communication

I dropped my car off for a recall at 8am, was told I would get a call when it was done. Received a call around 1pm and it was from the shuttle service saying he was in my driveway, never got the call saying that it was on the way. I rushed to get out the door and when he brought me back to paladino, my car hadn't even been serviced. There needs to be better communication in house to prevent these kinds of things from happening.

The car was dropped off to have winter tires switched over. The work was completed and the car was made available as promised.

The 2017 Civic was scheduled to have winter tires removed and regular tires installed. The dealer asked to have the car for the morning and that it would be ready by 11 am. The car was ready as promised at 11 am.
