A couple of weeks ago I brought our VOLT in to get a recall done & our winter tires put on. However, on my way down, it started to make a noise (what a 'smart' car to make the noise on my way in to the shop). So they did the recall & tires, & had a look into the 'noise'. Out of concern for myself & my family (since its our family taxi & I would be driving our boys around in it daily), they gave us a rental car so that they could have a better look into what was causing this noise & not send us home in a possibly unsafe vehicle & put our family at risk. Steve, in service, was very helpful, upfront & honest about every stage that the car was in while they were servicing it & was always available to answer any questions that I had. Thank you to Steve & the OMS family for always being so helpful & pleasant to deal with!

Being new to Oshawa, we were pleased to discover this full-service dealership practically in our backyard! They picked up our vehicle, replaced a tire, ran a semi-annual check, washed, waxed and returned the car home—all while we enjoyed breakfast with our kids. We will definitely be returning to OMS for our next service appointment.
