Sherwood Honda Total Experience - Excellent

From our first visit to our final appointment, we were treated royally. The only dealership that followed up after we stopped in to snoop around. That follow up phone call made us go back to the dealership. We walked away with what we were looking for! The staff made the whole experience a very pleasant one. Would highly recommend them!

Looking for a vehicle was not a fun experience until we went to Sherwood Honda. They were very honest and supported and encouraged us to look at all options before making our decision. We never felt any high pressure sales tactics, they were just there to help us make a good decision. All staff that we dealt with were fantastic!

Purchase new 2016 Honda Civic Touring

The whole experience was excellent, the people were very friendly, with no pressure to purchase. The only downside was that the first car that I choose was not the one I ended up with. The first car was not in showroom condition e.g. scratches on the tail lights, chrome trim and on the hood. The sales manager was very quick and rightfully so, to say that she couldn't let me have this car in this condition, and I was in the same frame of mind. I then choose the same model but in a different color

Staff were polite, cheerful, accommodating, prompt and professional. What more could you ask for as customer service. It is always such a pleasure to deal with the staff at Sherwood Honda, even though car repair isn't pleasant it is less painful with such good service. Keep it up!

Very knowledgeable service advisor, friendly, courteous and explains what is going to be done. Also accommodates other requests which is much appreciated because we come in from out of town.
