You know I had my doubts. I am an extremely skeptical person when it comes to different cures, remedies, etc. My partner Valerie urged me to check out Doctor Matt's clinic because I was always sore, my neck, back, feet. First off, Doctor Matt really cares about his patients and he has an uplifting personality. The staff are always smiling and very helpful over the phone and in person. Back to my story. After 2 weeks of adjustments my pain started to go away, I wasn't struggling to get out of the bed, I was playing with the kids again. Anyway, if you've never tried Chiropractic care, I urge you to try, and if you are in and around the Milton area let Doctor Matt and The Healthy Family take care of you.

I started seeing Dr. Matt about a year ago when my back pain, caused by a car accident many years ago, became unbearable. The damage will never go away, but Dr. Matt has given me something I never thought I would have again.....enough pain free days to enjoy my life again! I can't give enough thanks to him and his staff. Love visiting their clinic! Not sure why it keeps taking the "n" off pain, but it does 😵😲

It has been almost 2 years since I first started attending Healthy Family Chiropractic and I can say that I am really pleased with the work they do and how much they’ve helped me. I just completed my one year journey with Dr Posa andI I am proud to share my results. I went from having a straight spine to a curved spine. I no longer have numbing in my right hand and fingers, my back pain has dissipated and I now can move my head up and down side to side. I sleep better, have more energy and have less headaches. I have learned that having your spine adjusted allows the brain to be free of blockage which enables the body to heal itself. This was the best move I ever did. I highly recommend to any one who have issues to contact Dr Posa, you will not regret it.
