Udate: I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unpleasant and at times downright belligerent treatment we received at Roy Nichols Motors over the course of several visits with my vehicle during the week of February 5th, 2023. The whole service team I encountered could use a course in customer service. They have all become jaded and now treat most customers as problems and not the valued customer that keeps a dealership in business. Navin Ramkishun the Assistant Service Manager was at the heart of the rude and disrespectful treatment I recieved. Trust is very important when leaving a $40 000 purchase with anyone and Navin more than broke trust with me. I can't and won't be returning my vehicle to your location. All my questions were met with disdain. All issues were my lack of understanding how vehicles work. Codes for service engine lights mean nothing. I have and would have had no problem returning for multiple visits to repair the root cause however the service team made it very uncomfortable. I leave this review and use my name because I stand behind it. When Navin was rude and I asked for his name he refused to answer. Says alot about his character Your response missed the mark. I will update my experience once concluded. My vehicle is still in your possession.

Was impressed with helpful, understanding and professional staff at all levels. Gary and Rick were extremely helpful and made the purchase of my new 2023 Silverado a pleasant experience.
