I would give a half a star! And advise you RUN from this dealership As fast as you can! From From feeling threatened being lied to and made to feel like less then nothing. Started with the gentlemen at service desk Steven the service advisor, getting mad and kicking and slamming a broken desk door out of frustration, to their mass marketing of saying they are under new management yet it’s the same much older gentlemen Gary Dalby running things! I should of found it off when a business would mass market that they are under new management (now I know why they did that) unfortunately I have learned to agree with the other reviews, all good when your buying the vehicle but after that, they are useless. I bought a brand new 2021 traverse. Been one thing after another (aftermarket brake pads needing replaced weeks after purchase, to 2 of the 4 knuckles needing replaced because of the squeak my new truck was making. The Dealership mechanics telling me they build the chevys so poorly and it’s been coated and caked in undercoating so poorly! They recommend I take if through the car wash to fix the squeak. Then the Hidden fees slapped on your bill! Quote one price and charge another If your a woman especially a young woman I feel your looked down on. I tried to let the owner Darby know my experience and how I was treated he told me basically beat it and go else where ! Well GOODBYE ROY NICHOLS COURTICE and HELLO NURSE CHEVROLET in Whitby !!

I took my vehicle in for the recalls to be completed and mentioned my shift to park was acting up. They did fix the shift to park but only after arguing with me and only because a service person said he knew about the bulletin that someone else wouldn't even read. When I received my car it had items that I had in my console thrown on the seats, random bolt on the floor, trim pieces hanging and something sticky was on my dash.

Service department creates more work than what you bring in. Good friend went in with spark plug issue but comes home with coolant leak.

We used Roy Nichols to get new winter tires and rims for our Bolt. The process couldn't have been easier - one week from start to finish and the installation only took about 30 minutes, and included topping upm our empty washer fluid! Plus they are storing our off season wheels for us. Highly recommended.
