I went in for a Safety Standards Certificate, found that the rear brake drums were worn beyond repair, was able to get my brakes fixed the next business day. Mechanic took the time to explain and show the issue before the repair. Staff here were knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer experience. 👍

Honestly, if your car needs a repair body wise, Roy Nichols body shop is your place to go. I can't thank the body shop team, Daniel, Lorrie and others for making my car look like I just took it out of the dealership after a guy sideswiped me. They did an awesome job of making sure top notch work is done and is displayed on my car. 5/5 recommend this body shop

This place is not good they fixed our vehicle 3 times and still had issues and they would not fix the problem at all Never going back here

What a great bunch of people to deal with. They really do their best to serve and get results. Had a critical need to get my work truck back on road immediately and called day before, they had over 50 service appointments scheduled and were able to squeeze me in and get my vehicle back to work by mid afternoon next day. It feels like they go extra mile to help. I so appreciate their help and support! VERY good service! Thanks Chris and Jackie!
