Hi Jill Thanks for the awesome review. If you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Don't forget that first service visit @ 8000 kms. The service department will take the time to do an 8000 km inspection as well as set the vehicle to your desired specifications. Came with warranty expectations and had to pay to be told that warranty items were needed but warranty expired.

My warranty letter on 2011 Sienna stated a ten year limit but there was no clue that warranty would run out in April of 2020. That is a Toyota Canada complaint only. Rainbow staff were all courteous as usual. My only complaint was paying for an inspection after I had told staff that the doors were both a problem.

Excellent service and staff. I would definitely recommend Rainbow Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle. We have had nothing but a great experience each time we have taken our 4 Runner for maintenance and service.
