Before arriving on site I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want to be upsold or have my mind changed. The salesman I dealt with - Eben McCrea - did none of these things. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in, was very knowledgeable and personable. He made the experience totally enjoyable. Dean Blatz took me through the financial end of things very clearly with an eye to my needs and situation. It was pleasant going through the process and I felt 'heard'. Overall, going to SMP and particularly these 2 folks made this the best experience I have had dealing with a vehicle purchase. I will definitely return for any future needs and am a very satisfied customer.
