My experience was great! Fortunately the work that I had done was covered under the purchase of my vehicle, which was also great. Kyle, the Service Advisor that I dealt with, treated me great, and was extremely accommodating. The shuttle service and driver was prompt and very friendly. Overall, my experience was 5/5.

Mixed Experience with Car Purchase and Servicing I purchased my car from here, and my experience during that process was smooth and great. However, servicing my vehicle has left a sour taste in my mouth. Their quality control processes seem to be lacking. During my most recent service, the mechanic did not properly reattach a cover underneath my vehicle's engine, which resulted in it dangling and scraping against the street for miles. I've also encountered a few other minor issues during previous servicing visits. Overall, while I was pleased with my car purchase, the servicing experience has been disappointing.
