I’m extremely disappointed with the warranty service at this dealership. A serious safety concern with my tire was dismissed despite assurances of comprehensive coverage. This lack of accountability and disregard for safety is unacceptable. Would not recommend their warranty services.

I had the absolute worst experience ever at Winnipeg Honda, and I will never go back there again. Their service is beyond terrible, and they don’t seem to care about their customers at all. Not only did they fail to provide decent service, but they also couldn’t even handle something as simple as changing a tire properly. The staff were unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their mind. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs—they are absolutely trash.

On Friday, January 10th, I spoke with someone in the PARTS department regarding an issue with my car’s trunk caused by a faulty sensor. I was told that since it would take months to retrieve the sensor, I could come in NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED, provided I called ahead. They assured me they would take some time to demonstrate how to manually open the trunk, bypassing the non-functional electrical button. As instructed, today Jan 15th I called beforehand, only to encounter an infuriating experience. Before I could even finish explaining, I was repeatedly interrupted and told I needed an appointment with the service department. (I initially spoke to the parts department before and I again am speaking with parts department). Despite trying to clarify, I was abruptly cut off and transferred. When I called again, I was automatically transferred without anyone listening to me. This dismissive and disorganized behaviour created a frustrating cycle, leaving me with no resolution. I followed the instructions I was given, yet I was treated with a lack of respect, professionalism, and basic communication. HORRIBLE customer service. Your team’s handling of this matter reflects poorly on your service standards, and it wasted my time unnecessarily.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this dealership. During the sales process, the team made numerous commitments to secure the deal, but once the sale was completed, they failed to fulfill their promises. Despite repeated follow-ups, their responses were either delayed or completely unhelpful. It seems like their focus is solely on closing sales, with no regard for after-sales service or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty, reliability, and good service. This experience has been frustrating and a complete letdown. Avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with unfulfilled promises and poor service!

great service, I called in the morning a got in at 1:45 there was a nail in a tire, I am glad I had insurance as I got a new tire installed at no cost ! Krista, the advisor was friendly and thorough ! 5 stars Wpg Honda
